International shipping rates are based on order total:
Shipping Rates: usually $10 / item,

Free Shipping: from $200

If your shipping address are not located in these above, you will can’t place an order from this store.
Usually there is no custom tax for all of our online items,
if there are extra custom fees due to some some unconsidered reasons, we do not bear it, buyer should pay for it.
Our standard transit time is 5-15 business days from the dispatched time of your order,
Sometimes it may take 3-4 weeks for some products.
Please allow 2 – 5 business days for us to process your order prior to shipment.
A tracking number will be e-mailed typically within 1~2 days after your order is shipped.
In some cases, we couldn’t provide a tracking number.
If you do not receive your item, please contact us and we will investigate deeper, or refund the full amount to your account.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address cannot be changed after checkout.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes – please be sure to provide the actual street address for delivery –
orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed.
Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Defective items can only be exchanged for an identical item only.
We’ll also provide a shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper,
however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days),
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button,
or send an Return Request Email with your completed order number to: [email protected]
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
